Quincy Silas Ayo is a Singer Songwriter and TV Talent. He came to Japan for a business but his singing ability skyrocketed into a big time showbiz in Japanese entertainment world. Quincy started singing at the age of 10. In a church where his father was a music director. He grew up singing in church choir as a soloist and other kinds of event before coming to Japan. He joined the Tokyo Baptist church where he also sings as  a lead singer. He entertained the congregation with his melodious voice and powerful vocals. In 2002 he was scouted by a TV production company in Tokyo and then audition in one of the most famous Tv show London Heart. Quincy hit the big  screen that same year with London Heart comedy  and also with Sanma no karakuri Tv show and so many others. In 2003 Quincy signed with Blue Star a wedding company known for promoting Gospel and RnB singers. Quincy played his way into the Japanese society as a singer and TV Talent; he featured in various Tv shows, Dramas and Tv commercials. In 2004 he became the brand ambassador  for Fujitsu product nocria "aircon" also in 2005 he won the second best Tv commercial for Eve. Since then, Quincy has been pursuing is musical career.

10歳でministry C.G.M.のマスクワイヤ（聖歌隊）で歌いはじめる。
ビビ ワイナス等、アメリカのゴスペルクワ イヤとも多数共演。マイクがいらない程のそのストロングボイスには定評がある。

来日後。東京バプテスト教会（代官山）のゴスペルクワイヤに参加。ゴスペルはもちろんのこと、ヒップホップ、

R＆B、ソウル、ポップスと 何でも歌いこなす。現在、マリッジエンターティナー、ゴスペルシンガーとして数々のショーに出演。

その他、タレント、モデルとしてTV、CMにも出演。実に多才なエンターテイナーである。
